You were never meant to stay small.

Meet Your Guide
Hi! I’m Ellie and the founder of the Women’s Growth Project. I’m here to help you find yourself and free yourself from the constraints and life-long conditioning that is holding you back from being your truest and best self.
My growth beganwhen I started rememberingwho I really am.
My Story
I spent more than 20 years in corporate America — building brands, leading teams, and growing businesses as a marketing executive. On the surface, I had checked every box of success. But beneath it all, I was confronting a truth I could no longer ignore: the world I was working so hard to succeed in was never built for women like me.
I’ve lost count of the number of meetings I sat in where I was the only woman in a room full of men. And while I had learned how to take up space professionally, I realized I was still shrinking myself in ways I couldn’t always see — ways I had been taught my whole life.
As a woman in leadership, I didn’t just face systemic discrimination — I carried it within myself. Generations of conditioning, self-silencing, and shrinking had shaped how I saw myself and how I showed up in every room. The deeper I looked, the more I realized the patterns I was up against weren’t just professional — they were personal. And they were everywhere.
That awakening changed everything.
I became fiercely committed to doing the inner work I was never taught — peeling back the layers of inherited beliefs, outdated identities, and internalized limits that no longer served me. I immersed myself in feminist theory, mindset work, and the psychology of empowerment. I stopped trying to fit into systems that were never built for me — and I started building something new.
Today, I’m the founder of the Women’s Growth Project — a space for women who are ready to reclaim their voice, rewrite their stories, and lead their lives on their terms.
I coach women who are waking up to the ways they’ve been shaped by a world that benefits from their self-doubt — and who are ready to unlearn, unbecome, and rebuild their inner world with clarity and power.
My work is bold, unapologetic, and rooted in the belief that empowered women change everything — not by becoming someone else, but by returning to who they were all along.
I’m a mother, a truth-teller, and a guide for women ready to rise.
I live just outside Washington, D.C., where I’ve raised my now-young-adult kid — and where I continue to lead the Women’s Growth Project as a movement, a mentorship space, and a revolution of inner liberation.
Your growth isn’t selfish. Your voice isn’t too loud. Your power isn’t too much.
It’s exactly what this world needs.
Come join me!
